The integration of online and distance education at our college has been significantly enhanced by the establishment of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU) and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) study centers. .

The IGNOU study center at I.P. College, Bulandshahr, bearing the code number 2738, was inaugurated in July 2005. The center has seen several coordinators over the years. Dr. Roop Narayan was the first to assume this role, followed by Dr. Amit Sharma from 2007 to 2011, Dr. Alka Gupta from 2011 to 2012, and Dr. Poonam Paliwal from 2013 to 2020. Dr. Arvind Kumar, Assistant Professor in the Commerce Department, took up the coordinator's mantle from 2021 and served until January 23, 2024. During his tenure, Dr. Chhaya Chaudhary, Associate Professor, acted as the assistant coordinator for IGNOU.

On January 23, 2024, Dr. Chhaya Chaudhary, Associate Professor, ascended to the role of Coordinator, and on January 24, 2024, Mr. Deepak Kumar Yadav and Dr. Akhilesh Singh joined as assistant coordinators.

This study center offers a diverse range of programs, including MEG, MHD, MAH, MPS, MCOM, MCOM(F&T), MCOM (MA&FS), MPA, MSO, BAG, BAECH, BAHIH, BAPSH, BASOH, BAEGH, BAHDH, BAPCH, BCOMG, BLIS, BTS, PGDRD, PGDIBO, PGJMC, PGDMM, PGDHRM, PGDFM, PGDOM, DCE, DECE, DNHE, CDM, CHR, CES, CCP, CFN, CNCC, CTS, CPLT, CLIS. The enrollment numbers have shown an upward trajectory, growing from 174 students in 2011 to 510 in 2021.
